Error viewing receipts on expense sheets in chrome

When user clicks "view" in the "Expense Receipts" column on an expense sheet, they sometimes get this error (see screenshot below). In this particular case, the receipt is an image file (jpeg or png i assume) of a single page invoice. We have tried some of the suggested solutions on other posts. Adobe is installed. There is no way to download the expense receipt in Replicon.

Hi Rameen,

Thank you using the Replicon Community!

This is observed in situations when the file name has a special character that Chrome browser is unable to display. May we request you to try downloading the expense receipt using a different browser and try changing the name before re-uploading it.

Thanks,
Aashnee

Please of please fix that. The error message is completely counter intuitive. I've spend 1hr trying every possible way to regenerate my pdf file. Nothing on the UI indicated it was the silly file name.
At the very least, put a link to offer to download the file so it doesn't block approval.
Twice now, my expense reimbursements have been delayed by days because they were rejected because of that silly problem.
