Error message "Unresolvable localization key" while trying to add a Client Representative to a Client

You have set up a user with Client Representative permission and wish to add this user to a Client as the Client Representative. In the process to do so you receive the following error:


The reason for this error to come up is because of the client representative not assigned with the TimeBill or PSM license seat. It is important to assign the license along with the Client Representative permission set.
