Hi Steve,

Thank you for choosing Replicon Community!

Please find below the steps to enable to DCAA compliance

> Log in as an Administrator.

> Click on "Administration".

> Click on "System Preferences" under "system".

> Click on "DCAA Compliance" tab beside "General" tab.

> Check the box "Enable DCAA Compliance".

> Click on "SAVE" to save the changes.

1. We have an option to set "Log Timesheet Changes" to either Always or After Submission

If you set it to After Submission we would get a prompt to add a comment stating the reason for the change; the same would be prompted on every SAVE if we set it to Always

2. The Check box "Require comments for timesheet changes" would be checked by default. If you uncheck the         box,Web TimeSheet may not be fully DCAA compliance. (You would get a warning, stating the same.)

3. When we enable DCAA compliance, a few changes take place in various sections of Web TimeSheet.

The sections are System Preferences, E-mail Notifications and Permissions.

The changes are listed on the DCAA compliance page.

Please find the screeshot of the DCAA compliance page, attached.

If you are on Gen3, DCAA compliance is not available as a default option, however, it can be enabled on the instance if requested. Once enabled, it would show up under Administration -> Timesheet Templates, where we will have the option to enable it. Please contact Replicon Support at  at 1-877-662-2519 (North America) and +800 6622 5192 (Outside North America) or send an email to support.

Additional Information:

To comply with the regulations regarding proper financial management, government contractors must satisfy the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), which is responsible for performing all audits for the DoD,(Department of Defense) and for providing accounting and financial advisory services to DoD components responsible for procurement and contract administration.

Thank You!

Replicon .
