Disable the Timesheet is due & Timesheet is overdue email notifications. However, Timesheet permission is responsible for generating Timesheets periodically. When these Timesheets go due or overdue that is when the email notifications get triggered.
We recommend the following:-
- Remove the Timesheet permission in the users profile if they do not enter time. - Delete any empty timesheets via Administration > Historical Timesheets section for this user. - For Timesheets with data these can be directly approved.
