How do I get time off email notificaion when any user submits a time off request in the company?

Hi Susan,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

In order to receive Time Off related email notifications from users, you will need to be setup as substitute user with Time off forward notifications enabled.

Below are the steps for the same:-

1. Login as Administrator and go to Administration > Users.

2. Mass select all the supervisors and click on the edit button at the bottom of the screen

3. Switch to the advanced tab. Scroll down to Substitute Users > Click on Add Substitute User  add yourself as the substitute user with the following:

   a. Access Level - As desired by you

   b. Specify Forward Notifications - Time off (you can include the rest as per your requirements)
