Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Are you looking at editing the TimeOff policy in the global settings? If yes, please follow the steps below.

  • Log into Replicon.
  • Click on the Administration tab in the top menu.
  • Select Time Off Types under Time Off section.
  • Click on the name of the Time Off Type to be edited.
  • Make sure the Policy Type is set to Set of policies based on users' anniversaries.
  • Set the Effective date to 01 July 2014.
  • specify the Balance as per the requirement.
  • Set up the Accrual if needed, else leave it at No Accrue.
  • Specify the Reset period based on your requirement, else leave it at No Reset.
  • In the Advanced section, specify Maximum Balance and Maximum Overdraw, and if the policy should be defined in days or hours.
  • Since you are looking at having a policy for 5 years, Add a New Policy to have an Effective date After 5 years.
  • Save the settings.
A TimeOff policy in global settings reflects on policies of new users. Existing users are not affected by the change in policy. However, if you want the newly added or edited Time Off policy to reflect in a users profile, then use the Reset to Defaults button available in the Time Off policy of a user's profile. Using this button would remove all the existing policies of that Time Off type.
