E-mail notifications Issue

One supervisor is not receiving e-mail notifications for their staffer entering requests for time off. Please advise on fixing this problem.

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Kindly check the following & revert back to us:-

# Verify if email notifications are enabled in the users profile:-

If you have administrative privileges, kindly go to Administration > Users > Edit this users account > Email Notifications confirm if Time off booking is waiting for approval is enabled? Also confirm to us if their email address is updated in their profile as well.

# Confirm if this user is assigned as supervisor in the end users profile:-

Go to Administration > Users > Edit the user who is submitting the Time Off > User Profile section  > Confirm if Supervisor section contains the correct name.

# Ensure the correct Approval path is assigned to the end user:-

Go to Administration > Users > Edit the user who is submitting the Time Off > Time Off > Time Off Approval Path, verify is this is setup correctly.

I have checked and everything is assigned correctly as stated above, and yet she is not receiving the e-mails. Please advise.

The staff member requesting time off gets notifications about her staffers but not about her own time off requests.

Hi,

We need to investigate this further and will require access to your Replicon account. Kindly attach a screenshot of the email notifications section from her User Profile. Are there any Time Off related notifications disabled in her account?
