namNeed a column that display a users "Overtime" hours based on his/her's "Schedule". So if we set that user up with a 40 hour work week, we should be able to add a column (via Table Settings) on all forms that displays the number of hours that go over his/her Schedule. For example, if the user is 40 hours, and works 44, it should display 4. This column should be available on the multiple forms such as Team (approval) and Billing.

Hi Nam,

Would like to understand why you are trying to display overtime hours in this manner? Our system has payrules that can be written to do this calculation for you.

Thanks, Karen

Hi Karen, we aren't using Replicon for Payroll as our pay structure is salary-based; in addition, I'm not familar with creating payrules as I dont think this was part of Gen3 training.

What we're trying to do is utilize the users "Schedule Type" (i.e. 40 hours a week), to judge how many hours over 40 they are working. This will eventually help us trend these hours to determine if we need to hire additional employees; hopefully this makes sense.

This does provided added value down the line for Replicon as this could lead to additional seats.
