Typically we get 2 weeks notice from EEs that are terming. There is no way to future date a Term/Disable the EE, so you have to calendar a reminder to go back into the user after their last day and then Disable them. This is cumbersome and not efficient when you could take care of it well in advance, and when you are processing the term through other systems . Every other system I have ever worked on has this ability. Is there a plan for this to be rolled out in Replicon?

All the EE's that you have in the system, do they record only hours or do they also perform other approval actions?
Thanks,

Thank you for the clarification. As for the employees that are end users, I can suggest putting up an end date. Post the end date (provided you have the timesheet validation rule in place) the user will not be able to enter any time on the timesheet.
As for the supervisors, I will be taking it up as an Idea and have the concerned product management team look through.
Thanks,
