Hi Ramon,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Users can change their password within Replicon, under their User Preferences however, this can be controlled from their permission profiles, by the administrator. Please follow the steps below to disable Change Password option from the User Preferences page.

1. Log into Replicon as Administrator.
2. Go to Administration > Permissions (on the left pane)
3. Click on the permission profile which is assigned to all the users.
4. Go to Settings > uncheck Change Password.
5. Check on Save.

If users use the Web Timesheet internal authentication, then they can change their password without help from the administrator by making use of the Forgot your Password? option on the login page however, if you use a SAML authentication type, then the users will not be able to change their password.

Thanks,
Lingaraj
