Delete Timesheets

How do you remove a timesheet of an employee that is no longer with the company

Hi Julie,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

It is not advisable to delete a users timesheet. Deleting a timesheet is a permanent action, hence losing the associated data.
However, if you still want to delete timesheets follow the steps below.

Gen-2:

  • Log into Replicon as an Administrator.
  • Click on Administration tab in the top menu.
  • In the shortcuts section of the left menu, Select Historical Timesheets.
  • Search for the timesheet(s), using any of the available filters.
  • Delete the timesheet using the delete button beside the User Name, in the list.
  • Multiple timesheets can be deleted by selecting them using the check box beside the User Name, and then use the Delete button at the bottom of the page.

Gen-3:

  • Log into Replicon as a Billing Manager or as a Payroll Manager (based on the module you have).
  • Navigate to Payroll/Billing section by clicking on the Payroll or Billing tab.
  • Go to the Timesheets section, by clicking on the Timesheets tab.
  • Search for the timesheet(s), using any of the available filters.
  • Timesheets can be deleted by selecting them using the check box beside the Timesheet Period, and then use the Delete button at the top of the page.
