Dealing with login related issues

If you can’t log into Replicon from this page:

Confirm that you are entering the correct login credentials (company name, user name, or password)

  • If you can’t remember your 'password', you can reset it using the Forgot Password? link.
  • If you can’t remember your 'company name', you can try different variations of your organization’s name – including, for example, Ltd or Inc. Company names never include spaces.
  • If you can’t remember your 'user name', then please follow the above reset password process. After
    successfully resetting the password, a confirmation email from Replicon will contain your login name.

Additional information:

Replicon supports 2 authentication methods:

  1. Web Timesheet Internal (form-based requiring user name & password)
  2. Single Sign On (Google or SAML)

In order to confirm which authentication method is applicable for your company, kindly contact your supervisor or Replicon administrator/Local IT Helpdesk/HR team.

If your company uses Web Timesheet Internal authentication and this is the first time you are logging into Replicon but do not know your login credentials, then look for a welcome email from Replicon. This is triggered when your account was created by your Replicon administrator. Check your junk mail folder as at times this email may have landed there because of spam filter settings.

If you have not received your login credentials, then we recommend contacting your supervisor or Replicon administrator first.

If your organization uses a single sign-on method (such as SAML or Google SSO), you shouldn’t need to enter credentials on the login page.

If a Google SSO icon appears on the login page, click that to access Replicon instead.

Or, use the direct link that your organization has provided you with.

If you’re still having problems accessing Replicon, contact your supervisor or your Replicon administrator.
