Customer timesheet template - progress bar requires a border for better visability

Now that the progress bar has been implemented in the custom timesheet template, the visibility is an issue. BLUE is used for actual hours done and WHITE is used for the available hours.  The cell that displays the progress has a background colour too close to WHITE that the user cannot see if there are hours remaining unless they look at the numeric figures underneath the bar.

As this feature is a visual aide, a border is required around the budgeted figures so user's can see at a glance if there is budget remaining.

Also, the layout and the additional % figure in the Standard Template is a better layout than that implemented in the Custom Template. Can this be replicated in the custom template?
