Creating a Custom Column on Reports

I need assistance in adding a column (Percentage Complete) to this Project Burndown & Project Tracking Report. For example in the Project Burndown report I am entering in the following formula but I get the message that "Actual Hours is not valid". Would someone kindly help me? (ActualHours/EstimatedHours)*100 Thanks!

Hi Katherine,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

This message will appear (Actual Hours is not valid) when a specified column mentioned in the custom formula is not present in the report used. The column's available in each report will vary. Hence please use the correct formula based on the report template. 

I have listed Percentage completed formulas according to the templates below:-

  • Project Progress template - (PeriodActualHours/ProjectEstimatedHours), set the Format as Percentage.
  • Project template - (ActualHours/ProjectEstimatedHours), set the Format as Percentage.
  • Project Team Time, Expense Cost & Billing template - (ActualHours/ProjectEstimatedHours), set the Format as Percentage.
  • Task Time, Expense, Cost & Billing template - (ActualHours/ProjectEstimatedHours), set the Format as Percentage.
     
Rest of the project report templates don't have these columns available.
