Comments section under Time Punches widget

Employees in our organization are supposed to Punch In and Punch Out Time with activity selected for each punch.  While modifying any missing punches on employees TimeSheet, Administrator is supposed to add a comment.

Time Punches Widget doesn't give the option to enter comments while modifying time entries, its is an important feature, please consider adding it on the widget.
