How to add clients to the system?

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

  • To add a client in Replicon:
  • Log into Replicon.
  • Click on Clients tab from the top menu.
  • Click on Add New Client.
  • Enter a name for the client in the field Client Name and click on Add Client.
  • Now you would be in the Summary page for this new client.
  • Click on the gear icon named Client Info to input additional information.
  • Save the settings.

In order to add a client manager to the newly added client the user needs to have the Client manager permissions assigned as shown below: 


  • Either create a new permission or edit an existing one. If you create a new permission, then ensure its assigned in the users profile: 



  • Go to  and click on the required client name. 
  • Go to  
  • Assign the required client manager from the drop down.
       

Client manager will now be able to create or view the respective data. Note that client managers cannot be set up to approve timesheets. Only, Project managers, Supervisors or Client representatives can approve timesheets. You can learn more about setting up approval paths here.
