Calendar Feed is not showing data prior to February in Outlook. I have no data for January or the previous year.

Hi Roger,
Thank you for using Replicon Community!
I see that you have also reported this issue with our support team, I have requested my support rep to get the remote credentials from you so that I can investigate the same here. He will soon be sending you an email with detailed steps on how to send remote credentials. Once I have the remote credentials I will check the same and get back to you.
Thanks,
Aashnee Kamboj

Hi Roger and Tracy,
Apologies for delaying the response.
Here is the solution:
Our calendar feeds by default fetch the data for -30 Days to Today to +365 Days. However, you can increase that if you would like to. Here are the steps:
a. Login as an Administrator
b. Open a new tab
c. Open the URL:
https:// <yourendpoint>.replicon.com/<yourcompanyname>/services/help/all
here your endpoint can be either of the following:
na2, na3, na4, na5, na6, na7, na8, sp1, eu1
and your company name is the name you use for login
d. Search TimeOffService1 and click on it
e. Search UpdateICalFeedDateRangeForAllUsers and click on it
Input the daysBeforeToday and daysAfterToday values and submit. Try configuring the ICal Link and the issue should be resolved.
Thanks,
Aashnee

At step d I'm prompted for username and password, but what I use to log into my tenant doesn't work. It just prompts again.

Hi Tony,
Please login to your Replicon instance as an admin before you open the services link on the other tab.

I had a typo elsewhere. I got it now. I put 365 in both places and clicked submit. It shows "Success", but "The command did not return any results". Is that ok?

Success should be the result.
