We are able to navigate and view the site fine until we close the expense receipt window. We can view the receipt fine, but when we close the window we get a pure white blank page. This only happens before the expense has been approved. Once approved the receipt can be viewed and closed out of with no problems. This is happening for multiple users, but not every user.
We are using IE 11.
We have tried clearing cookies.
We tried setting IE to use software rendering instead of hardware rendering.
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
