Billing Template report should have Approval Status filter

The Billing Template does not offer the filter of "Approval Status".  This means the report can be run with the result of time or expenses that have been rejected showing up on the report.  A billing report should only show items that have been approved.   By adding the "Approval Status" filter to the report template, the user can make this selection to get the desired data.

Hi JJ,

Please help us with the columns that you are planning to report on. Can we look at alternative reports to fulfill the requirement?

I have reviewed all other report templates and none of them have all of the fields we desire.  The columns we have in the report are: Project Name, Task Name, Entry Date, User Name, Billable Hrs. Billable Amount, Expense Code, Expense Billable Amount, and Comments.  Very few report templates have the Comment field and this is a mandatory required field.
