Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

A billing rate can be a User rate (Default Billing Rate), Role rate or Project rate. The effective date for any of these can be edited within a Project.

To add an effective date for billing rates:

  • Log into Replicon as an Administrator or Project Manager.
  • Select Projects tab from the top menu.
  • Select the Project to be edited.
  • In the Billing Rates section click on the Default Rate History (open book) icon, beside the Project Rate or Role Rate History (open book) icon, beside the Role Rate.
  • In the pop-up box, click on the Add button.
  • Specify the Rate and Effective date
  • Save the changes.
  • To add/set an effective date for a User's rate in the Project Team section:
  • Click on the User Rate History (open book) icon, beside the team member's name.
  • In the pop box for Rates, click on the Add button.
  • In the pop-up box specify the Rate and add the Effective date.
  • Save the changes.

Thanks
