Attaching documents to Time Off requests

It has been requested from our field offices that documents be able to be attached to our time off requests.  This would allow staff to upload their doctor's note along with our company's formal request form and approvals.

We are facing the same situation: upload documents  at time off level will help a lot on time off approval process.

Hi Nuno,

This is currently under consideration and will be added to the future roadmap. We do not have any ETA as of now.

Thanks,

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled New Feature: Upload doc to Time Off Request.

In "Time Off", our company could use an upload document feature to attach to a Time Off Request (same as uploading receipts to expense entries). Example1: employees who have been summoned to Jury Duty, are required to submit the Jury Notice along with their request. Example2: we issue "Day Off" Certificates to high performing employees; that certificate needs to accompany the Time Off request.

Hi everyone,

Attachments are now supported on our latest version of time off. See https://community.replicon.com/replicon/topics/release-notes-feb-19-25-2018-966nk4xuqkd80 for more details on how to set these up.

If you don't already have the latest version and are interested in upgrading, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Thanks,
Charlene
