approver is unable to view timesheets for approval

The approval path was changed for the user and the new approver is not able to view the timesheet.

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

This usually happens if the Timesheet had been generated before the approval path was changed. The Timesheet would reflect in the old approvers Approval page. If that is the case, then delete the Timesheet and re-generate it. Remember, print out or back up the information on the Timesheet before deleting it.
