Allow specifc users to see all clients and projects

We have set up our projects so that each has a unique team (group of users) that can log time against them. We want to give several specifc users the ability to see all clients and projects regardless of whether or not they are the Project Manager and be able to run reports on them. Is there a fast way to do this instead of going into every project and adding the users to the team?

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

From your requirements I understand the users whom you plan to add to all Projects, are not going to make changes to Projects like Project Leaders, however they would need to see data regarding all the Projects and Clients. If that is the case, then you don't have to add the users to the Projects (The option to add multiple users to multiple projects, like in mass edit, does not exist as of now in Replicon). You can opt for Reports. Allow these users access to Reports with Project and Client details. If the users doe not have sufficient permissions, you will also have to enable View option for all the departments and billing status of the Project data through the System data in the permission sets of the users. This should allow the users to be able to see all the Project and Client data.

Thanks
