Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

To edit the Balance of a TimeOff policy:

  • Log into Replicon as an Administrator.
  • Click on Administration tab in the top menu.
  • Select Users under Employees and Organization.
  • Click on the name of the user whose TimeOff policy has to be edited.
  • In the left menu select Time Off.
  • Click on the Edit Historical Policies button under Vacation.
  • In the existing policy, you can either edit the existing policy to change the balance in the Balance field or create a new policy similar to the existing policy, but with updated balance.
  • When the set up is completed, click on Done.

Note:
After setting up or editing a user's TimeOff policy, it is a good practice to run the Time Off History report, to see if the set up and balances are correct.
