Adding task via url

I would like to make it easy for users to add Replicon task items via a URL. Is there an easy way to generate a URL that users can just click on to add an item to their Replicon Tasks?

e.g. It would be great to include in a meeting invite a URL which contains the task to book the meeting against. Or have a project wiki which has task url's.

Currently it is a very very manual process of describing how to find the tasks. It should be a simple "click this link" action and add the time.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for using the Replicon Community!

We see this as a helpful idea and will keep it in our books. We will update the thread in case we have something around it.

Would you want it to create a task? Or to assign an existing task to the current user?
For instance, if it's the meeting, is there already a task for meetings, or for this meeting, and the users are adding themselves to the task?
And they are doing this so they can add it to their timesheet?
or you want resource allocation showing they spent time on this meeting?

The tasks are already existing - yes they are adding it to their timesheet so they can assign hours to it. For example:

"Hi Guys - please book the time for project X against <link>..."

"All staff - please book the next all-hands meeting against Y <link>..."

"Hi Bob, Welcome to the team. You will see a bunch of links on the project page which will explain what tasks you book your time against, with links to adding the tasks to your time sheet"

Currently people are taking screenshots and/or describing the steps to add a items manually.
