Add notification when expenses are reimbursed

I would like to recommend that Replicon add a notification option that would notify a user once her expense report is marked reimbursed.  That would save a lot of time for our AP staff who otherwise have to find another way to notify users when their expenses are reimbursed.

There are no plans for this currently. We'll see if other customers add their vote, which would help include it on the priority list.
