Accessing Help from within the system

I am not sure what changed, but i can no longer access the Customer Zone/Help from within the system.  When i click on the cog only Settings and Logout are my options.  Did this move to somewhere else? Worried that this is also the case for users as they will not know where to go to submit help requests.

We have resolved this issue from the server side, kindly confirm if you are able to view Help & Customer Zone now.

This issues is back. I cannot see Help or Customer Zone options from the dropdown.

It was fixed...but its back to the way it was when I first reported in.  Only options are Settings and Logout
