About Punch Entries

Unable to transfer Punch entries to TimeSheet. Also while setting up a user on TimeSheet/Cloudclock doesn't show up in the drop down list. Please advise.

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Issue where users are not able to transfer time to Timesheet, ensure 'Allow employee to post punches to timesheet' is enabled under Punch Entry Policy under Administration Punch Time Entry. 

  • Log into Replicon as Administrator.
  • Go to Punch Time Entry.
  • Click on the Punch Entry Policy which is assigned to users.
  • Ensure 'Allow employee to post punches to timesheet' is enabled. 


The option for View & Edit 'Punch Entry Policies' must be enabled in the Administrator permission type in order to modify 'Punch Entry Policy' in a Users profile.
